First Meeting

We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to learn more about your business and determine whether we’re a good fit for your bookkeeping needs. If you’re located in the Rochester, New York area, we would be happy to meet in person, otherwise, we’ll connect via Microsoft Teams. To better understand your current setup, we may request read-only access to your QuickBooks (or other accounting software), along with the past two months of bank and credit card account statements. This allows us to assess the scope of work and identify any potential issues. Following our review, you’ll recieve a clear, straightforward estimate with several service package options to choose from.

On Boarding

Once you select your preferred package and complete the Onboarding form, we will set you up on a payment schedule. You will receive an invoice to pay before services will begin. Your proposal will include a clear timeline showing how long each step will take depending on your business needs.

Pricing

We use a structured pricing system based on your needs (number of accounts, average number of transactions per month, employees and services). Our rates are fixed monthly (not hourly like many bookkeeping businesses) so you will always have a predictable cost for budgeting purposes. You will receive a detailed, transparent proposal which will outline each service and the package options designed specificially for your business and to fit your budget. 1 | Startup Simplicity

Starts at $200-$500/month

Perfect for Freelancers, solopreneurs, small businesses and start ups (generally under ~$100k in yearly revenue)

Includes:

  • 1-2 bank and/or credit card accounts

  • Up to ~100 transactions/month

  • Monthly reconciliation

  • Smart categorization rules

  • Financial Statements delivered within 15 business days

  • Quick email support

2 | Business Builder

Starts at $500-$1500/month

Perfect for small to mid-sized businesses ready to scale with financial clarity (generally between ~$100k-$500k in yearly revenue)

Includes everthing in Startup Simplicity, plus:

  • 1-3 bank and/or credit card accounts

  • Light Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tracking

  • Payroll and invoicing for up to 5 employees/vendors

  • Quarterly Performance Insights Report

  • Priority Support

3 | Executive Insight

Starts at $1500+/month

Ideal for established or complex businesses, multi-entitiy operations, or those needing deeper financial oversight.

Includes everthing in Business Builder, plus:

  • Multiple bank and/or credit card accounts

  • Full Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)

  • Payroll and invoicing for up to 25 employees/vendors

  • Sales tax filing (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  • Inventory tracking and management

  • CPA coordination for tax-ready handoffs

4 | Cleanup/Catch Up

If your books are behind, we will get them caught up, organized and accurate—FAST!
