First Meeting
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to learn more about your business and determine whether we’re a good fit for your bookkeeping needs. If you’re located in the Rochester, New York area, we would be happy to meet in person, otherwise, we’ll connect via Microsoft Teams. To better understand your current setup, we may request read-only access to your QuickBooks (or other accounting software), along with the past two months of bank and credit card account statements. This allows us to assess the scope of work and identify any potential issues. Following our review, you’ll recieve a clear, straightforward estimate with several service package options to choose from.

On Boarding
Once you select your preferred package and complete the Onboarding form, we will set you up on a payment schedule. You will receive an invoice to pay before services will begin. Your proposal will include a clear timeline showing how long each step will take depending on your business needs.
Pricing
We use a structured pricing system based on your needs (number of accounts, average number of transactions per month, employees and services). Our rates are fixed monthly (not hourly like many bookkeeping businesses) so you will always have a predictable cost for budgeting purposes. You will receive a detailed, transparent proposal which will outline each service and the package options designed specificially for your business and to fit your budget.
